Registration Instructions
(Application Deadline is July 1, 2014, after which a $25 fee will be assessed.)

Thank you for your interest in Sycamore Covenant Academy! Over the past few years, the Lord has been putting on the hearts of Sycamore Reformed Presbyterian Church a vision to see the youth be zealous for the Lord and His kingdom. SCA seeks to supplement and complement the education taking place in our homes while at the same time supporting the role of parents in their children’s lives. We are seeking to help one another by “Raising Our Children in the Fear of the Lord.”

Instructions
All classes are open to the home schooling community upon acceptance of application. High School Level Classes in bold are for students 13 years or older by Aug 15, 2014. Junior High Level Classes are in italics and are open to students 6th grade and up or for those able to handle the material. Full-time students and others interested are asked to be available on Thursdays for a service project as part of the discipleship program at SCA and as a way to express thanks to the Lord and the church.

Tuition costs are based on a scale of $50 for a one-hour class per week for a quarter (ten weeks plus one week for finals) and $100 for a two-hour per week course. Please note that if you have more than one child per family, the cost is reduced by one third for the second child, and an additional one third for each additional child, whether full or part time. All classes will continue through the school year, with payment for the subsequent quarters due at the beginning of each new quarter.

Full-time students: Initial all the classes your student(s) will be in and circle the amount under full-time tuition. If you have more than one student, circle a decreased amount for each additional student. Students taking more than eight hours per week should register as full-time. Part-time students: Initial the classes your student(s) will take and circle each amount for the class. If you have more than one student, circle a decreased amount for each additional student.
 
All registrations received before July 1, 2014 will have the $25 registration fee waived. Class size is limited and priority will be given to early registrations, we encourage families to register as soon as possible. If you have not taken classes at SCA before, you must first submit an application form and be notified of acceptance before registering. Please make check payable to Sycamore RP Church, write “SCA” on the memo line, and send to Sycamore RPC, 300 E. Mulberry St., Kokomo, IN, 46901. Tuition for classes is not tax-deductible, though voluntary gifts to SCA are. Tuition payment is due on or before the first day of class.
